As a former Human Resources Manager, Carolyn has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership, Management and Training.
She has developed and presented training on Leadership and Human Capital Management topics and has served as keynote speaker, conference facilitator for educational entities, government agencies, churches and civic groups.
Carolyn is a Certified Professional Coach, as well as a Certified Personality Trainer and Mediator. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and is a Distinguished Toastmaster thorough Toastmasters International. She is a member of Houston Coaches, Inc. and an Advisory Board member of the Services Cooperative Association's Womens Business Center, Houston, Texas.
Carolyn enjoys golfing, reading and traveling. She is married and has one son, a daughter and son-in-law and a grandson.
