Carolyn
Carolyn Gray has worked in the field of human resources for 30+ years. She has a bachelors degree in Human Resources and wholeheartedly adopts concepts that are essential in creating leadership and personal development skills.
As a Personal Development Strategist and Accountability Coach and a former Human Resource Manager, Carolyn has expertise in employee/labor relations as well as building professional and personal relationships. She offers tools, resources and first-hand experience to her clients and develops strategies that help them reach their professional and personal goals and outshine their former self.
Carolyn has developed and presented training sessions on human resource management and leadership topics, has served as keynote speaker and conference facilitator for government agencies, civic groups, educational organizations, and churches.
She offers complimentary Discovery Sessions to ensure prospective clients feel comfortable sharing with her and understanding which program will work best for them. She is motivated to help her clients build self-confidence and self-esteem with integrity, to help them to become self-empowered, bold, confident, authentic, memorable, to be the absolute best version of themselves.
Carolyn is a Board Member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce; former Diversity and Inclusion Council Team Leader, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce; VP Human Resources, Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC), The Woodlands and Advisory board member, Services Cooperative Association's Womens Business Center, Houston, Texas. Carolyn has been recognized as a Montgomery County Women’s Council of Organizations Woman of Distinction by Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) (2016), Breast Cancer Charities of America (2017) and Women Inspiring Supporting Entrepreneurs (WISE) (2019).
Although she leads a busy life with her business and serving the community, Carolyn has found time to write six self-help books that assist readers in building self-confidence and the benefits of expressing gratitude. She is an internationally recognized author for her books: All About ME* (*Manners and Etiquette) and 365 Days of Gratitude: There is always something to be grateful for.
